the staff was very friendly.
the pool area needed work , it was dirty. there were only seven sunbeds available for the entire hotel , which wasn't enough. i also noticed a significant issue with homeless people on the hotel grounds , .

the breakfast buffet provided a great selection. the evening kickback offered complimentary snacks and drinks. the hotel provided free shuttle service to universal studios. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful.
the hallway carpet on my floor showed some wear.

the staff was super friendly. the free shuttle to universal was so convenient. the hotel had free fountain sodas all day in the lobby, what a nice touch!
Our room faced the street, and it was loud from the street. the pool area wasn't very clean. i found some stains on the couch so i covered it with a sheet. It had some questionable stains.
